SPARHILL HOUSE RULES

Respect for Shared Living

All members are expected to respect one another’s space, time, and lifestyle.
Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disregard for others will not be tolerated.

Cleanliness is a Standard, Not a Preference

Shared spaces must be kept clean after each use
Each member is assigned a week to handle trash and basic common area cleanup
Kitchens must be reset immediately after cooking
Personal items should not be left in common areas

👉 Sparhill is maintained to a hotel-level expectation

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum in all shared and private areas

Guest Policy

Guests are welcome in moderation, outside quiet hours
Overnight guests not allowed
No long-term or unapproved stays

Use of Amenities

Gym, lounge, and shared areas must be used responsibly
Equipment must be returned and maintained after use
Any damages must be reported immediately

No Smoking / Controlled Environment

No smoking inside the home, this includes vaping
Designated outdoor areas only (if permitted)

Personal Responsibility

Each member is responsible for:

Their room condition
Their rent and obligations
Their contribution to the shared environment

Safety & Security

Doors must be secured at all times
No sharing of access codes or keys
Report any unusual activity immediately

Respect for the Property

This is a premium living environment.

No damage, misuse, or neglect of the property
Treat the home as if it were your own investment

Management & Community Standards

Sparhill actively manages each home to preserve:

Peace
Cleanliness
Community alignment

Failure to adhere to house standards may result in removal from the community.
