What we can say is this: the finished product will fully embody the Sparhill standard. This project marks a major step forward for us, where we intentionally elevated our amenities and redefined what co-living can look like in Houston.

Working alongside engineers and architects, we completely reimagined the layout—creating two distinct wings, two private entrances, an in-house gym, and private bathrooms for every room, along with several other upgrades designed for comfort and privacy.

Think of it as luxury hotel living, redefined for modern co-living.
